Charting the Cs Educator Conference 2027: Inclusion is not a mystery when you have accessible opportunities!
Call for Proposals
We invite educators and related professionals to submit proposals for the 2027 Charting the Cs Conference.
All presentations will be delivered in person. Sessions should be 60–90 minutes in length and include a 15-minute question-and-answer period within the session timeframe.
Presenters will receive a waiver of the main conference registration fee (up to two presenters per team). Please note that the registration fee waiver does not include meals or lodging.

The Charting the Cs Educator Conference is a statewide professional development event featuring Minnesota practitioners who implement evidence-based practices, practical strategies, and innovative instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Inclusion is not a mystery when you have accessible opportunities! Join us for this multi-day, in-person event designed to explore and support learning for students with low-incidence disabilities. Our keynote presentations feature strategies and insights tailored to diverse learning needs.
Presenters will provide valuable insights, tools, and resources to transform instruction and support student success. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your practice and impact learners across Minnesota!The Council for Exceptional Children’s High Leverage Practices and Minnesota’s academic standards guide the Conference Leadership Committee’s (CLC) annual conference planning process. The CLC is committed to providing an accessible conference experience. WCAG 2.0 AA is the standard for all forms of media used for the conference.

Accessibility Pre-Conference
• Registration Fee: $175
• Includes Monday lunch
Educator Conference
• Registration Fee: $300
• Includes Tuesday and Wednesday lunches and conference breaks

Package Rates
Each nightly rate includes:
• Lodging
• Dinner on the night of your stay
• Breakfast the following morning
Run of House Rooms
Single Occupancy
• $187 plus tax per night
• Total cost with tax: $200.79 per night
Double Occupancy
• $117 plus tax per night
• Total cost with tax: $125.63 per night
Reservation Information
• A two-night minimum stay is required for Monday arrivals.
• A three-night minimum stay is required for Sunday arrivals.
• Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own lodging reservations.
• Reservations open in January 2027.
Roommates and Special Accommodations
When completing the registration form:
• Include your roommate's name and email address in the Special Requests section.
• Include any food allergies or dietary accommodation requests.
