Charting the Cs Community of Practice

The Charting the Cs Community of Practice (CoP) is the active implementation effort of this conference system. The CoP meets approximately four times per year and is offered to Minnesota practitioners who participated in the Main Conference.

It is intended to extend topics and themes addressed at the Main Conference and to offer opportunities for exploration and implementation. Members are encouraged to use the group as an active learning/implementation community by bringing current data, research, and experiences for sharing at each meeting.
