Charting the Cs has been in existence in one form or another since 1991. The “Cs” in Charting the Cs stand for Collaboration, Communication, Cooperation. It is a 5 year federal grant formally called the Statewide Professional Development to Support the Workforce and Low Incidence Disability Areas in the State of Minnesota. The services provided under this program are: Main Conference, Student Family Summit and Community of Practice.

The Main Conference is a statewide professional development event featuring Minnesota practitioners who lead the field of low incidence special education with evidence-based practices.
Call for Proposals
All presentations will be held in person. Proposals should be 60-90 minutes in length, with a 15-minute question-and-answer period included in that timeframe. Presenters will have their main conference registration fee waived (up to two presenters per team). Please note: The registration fee waiver does not include meals and lodging. The call for proposal period has passed as for November 16th and we are no longer taking applications. Thank you!
Community of Practice
Virtual, FREE
The CoP meets approximately four times per year and is offered to Minnesota practitioners who participated in the Pre-Conference and Main Conference.
