Charting the Cs 2025: “To Literacy and Beyond”
Charting the Cs has been in existence in one form or another since 1991. The “Cs” in Charting the Cs stand for Collaboration, Communication, Cooperation. It is a 5 year federal grant formally called the Statewide Professional Development to Support the Workforce and Low Incidence Disability Areas in the State of Minnesota. The services provided under this program are: Main Conference, Family Conference and Community of Practice.

Charting the Cs Main Conference 2025: To Literacy and Beyond

Cost
Registration: $150
Lodging and meals: $191+taxes and fees per night. Roommates will need to be arranged with the hotel. There are several cabins available for larger groups.
The Main Conference is a statewide professional development event featuring Minnesota practitioners who lead the field of low incidence special education with evidence-based practices.

Community of Practice
Virtual, FREE - More information will be available in the fall!
The CoP meets approximately four times per year and is offered to Minnesota practitioners who participated in the Pre-Conference and Main Conference.
